Peter plays trumpet , valve trombone and vocals . Peter is a local musician who lives on Philip Island. Peter has played with bands all over Melbourne and now mainly plays in Gippsland with his popular band Island Jazz.

Bert Buitenhuis

Drummer

Bert, twin brother to Peter and been playing drums all around Melbourne for more than 30 years, Bert is Blind from birth but this doesn’t impede his skills on the drums.

Neil Taylor

Neil is a well known Melbourne pianist who has performed all over the country with many Jazz bands. An excellent musician with unique style Neil is well regarded by many musicians and is well known as a member of island Jazz.

Neville Drummond

Double bass

Neville is a well known local musician from Inverloch. Neville is well known and has played with many bands in Gippsland, his colourful style has made him an icon to locals
